Good pub-rock style punk rock and one of the few 1977 singles on this website to make it into Henrik Poulsen's book "77: The Year of Punk and New Wave." The E.C.Angels were finalists at the Limerick Civic Week Pop '78 competition which was eventually won by U2. In 1978 they became The Romantiks.

lineup: Jimmy Gaynor (guitar & vocals), Ben Hannigan (guitar), Dave Flanagan (bass) and Henry Winter (drums). Gaynor and Hannigan were later in The Romantiks; Gaynor and Flanagan were later in The Shy. Jimmy Gaynor also fronted his own Jimmy Gaynor Band. An earlier member (Brendan?) (bass) was later in The Business.
