Crashed was a Dublin based label who'd release anything as long as it would
sell. This means a large number of pop, country, folk, disco, easy listening,
showband and novelty records, but also some releases by local heavy metal bands
and a few sought after singles from the new wave era. This discography is far
from complete. The label released over 100 singles, the vast majority of which
were frankly rubbish.
Confusingly, Crashed Records online bio says it was "founded in 1983 and has
since been developed to become one of the major Independent Irish record
labels. Its MD and owner, Shay Hennessy has worked in the music industry for
30 years."
The following are all 7" single releases unless otherwise stated.
