Bio:
Studio oriented duo of Des Gaffney and Mike Odlum, both ex members of the Roach Band.
Formed September 1983 (or 1982?). The back cover of their sole single reads "..plastic & tin bucket,
guttering, 5 gallon drum & all other sticks and percussion instruments performed and arranged
by the Bantu Bottle Co.". Their sound was inspired by Gaffney's encouters with South African musicians in
Germany.
