Active: 1986-89

Style: street punk

Lineup:

Bio:

Formed in Letterkenny in 1986, Bald Aggression were influenced by ca 1982 UK hardcore punk and contemporary American hardcore bands of that time. They made two demo tapes, the second "Brute Force and Ignorance" being was the most widely distributed. This was later released as a split demo with Scottish band Exalt. Played numerous gigs with bands in the Irish punk scene at that time including Therapy?, Killercrust and 3 Ring Psychosis, and also played support to visiting bands such as the Instigators and Yr Anhrefn. The band recorded the track "Somethings Wrong" for a split single with three other bands but unfortunately this didn't come to fruition. Broke up around 1988/9.
