New York based label which released folk and non-English language music from around the world, including a fair share of schlager/easy and kitsch releases. The catalogue includes some Irish releases, mostly ballad folk and ceili. Some of these releases include the text "International Series: IRISH" on the front cover, but this was not used consistently. These releases are difficult to date as many of the recordings were already several years old by the time Fiesta issued them. Fiesta also reissued albums with new titles and catalogue numbers.
