Bio:

Formed by Jody Pollard (ex Elmer Fudd) and Ken Wilson, with Robin Irvine (ex Chips) and Jon Donnelly (ex Elmer Fudd). Mick O'Hagan was lead vocalist for a time in 1974. Carl Geraghty (ex Victors, The Urge, later in Orphanage Mk.II) was briefly a member.

Ken Wilson and Robin Irvine moved the band to the USA in 1975 with singer Craig Mathieson (ex Rodeo) and drummer Robin Lavery (ex Beat Boys and Chips). Bananas split in 1976. Jody Pollard was later in Skid Row a.o.. Irvine was later Cyndi Lauper's tour manager. Lavery was drummer with Belfast-based 60s tribute band The Dominoes from 1981 to 2011.
